I've been using these plectrums, they're probably one of the best I've used. I have a tendency to attack rather than pick at my strings, which normally results in plectrum failure. These bad boys, made from milk protein I kid you not, are the most durable I've ever used. Not a single snap or split in all the time I've been using them. The engraved logo also makes for a good grip.
